Position
Opportunity to step into a warm desk with a focus on both Perm and Temp Recruitment solutions across all Office & Business Support verticals; Sales, Administration, Secretarial, Reception, HR, EAs, PAs and so others.
This is warm desk with high existing temp numbers, however this opportunity is a full 360 role with an expectation that you will identify new business opportunities in the Melbourne region.

Requirement
– Over 2 years of Agency Recruitment experience in Melbourne;
– Ideally existing strong networks within Business Support Recruitment;
– Possession of a high sales drive;
– Ability to engage and build professional relationships with corporate decision makers at all levels;
– Ability to deliver exceptional candidate care, time management skills and high level of EQ.
