You:
You will have a minimum of 12 months IT contract, permanent or Account Management recruitment experience within Australia. A strong background in sales is essential as you will still need to sell your candidates the roles and your candidates to your client! With an excellent eye for detail and a committed approach to delivery, you will be driven by excellence, dedication and professionalism. With three clients to manage and support you must be able to demonstrate client relationship and delivery skills over the course of your career.
The Role:
Based from Collins Street within Melbourne’s CBD, you will be working within an experienced and dedicated team. The clients that you will be working with will be at PSA level 1 status, therefore you must be able to work with dedicated people whilst building and maintaining those relationships. Requirements are for both contract and permanent candidates and range from Helpdesk to Project Managers to Business Analysts!
