Successful applicant will possess the following:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in 360 Agency Recruitment role
- Engineering / Technical Recruitment experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- New business development acumen
- Exceptionally high level of drive and motivation
