I have been asked by a couple of people what the conditions are. It’s very simple. Your Referral only needs to get through their probation period and you will receive your Referral Fee.
One good news story from this week is that one of our Affiliate members referred a friend last Monday and they received and accepted a job through one of our clients last night! A great result for all concerned and a super quick turn around.
This week we have picked up a number of new roles that we need to fill. They include:
- Sydney – Team Lead – Digital Recruitment Consultant. $120k salary package plus profit share
- Sydney – Business Support Recruitment Consultant – Very busy pro active team with a Manager who leads from the front and bills $1mill plus personally. $80k salary + Comms
- North Sydney – Accounting & Finance Recruitment Consultant. Super non-micro managed environment. Work from home or on the road when necessary. $80k to $100k base + Comms
- Melbourne – Team Lead – IT Contracting. Equity and profit share available and base to $120k
- Melbourne – Banking & Finance – Multi national company. Two desks available – one Banking and the other Financial Services. Both desks hot with PSAs in place. To $80k base + Comms + Training + Career Progression.
- Melbourne – IT Contract Delivery Recruiter. No BD. Sourcing & delivering Candidates to a busy team. High volume – filling 6 roles a week. Flexible base depending on experience.
