The HR recruitment sector requires a highly consultative approach and would suit a conscientious recruiter who can nurture client/candidate relationships.
Our client is open to a Principal or Senior Consultant wanting to develop their managerial and leadership capability (and there is no better agency or environment to do this in!) with a minimum of two years of agency recruitment experience.
Up to $100k to $110k plus Super plus Lucrative Commission structure on offer.
