The Opportunity
- The opportunity will see your career progress into either Principal Consultant or State Manager role, with opportunity to build your own team in Sydney;
- You will build on existing Sydney Accounts and Candidates as you grow the presence of the Agency in the local Creative Space;
- Enjoy full autonomy with guidance and support as necessary from the Melbourne Head Office;
- Vibrant office – sharing the work space with creative, digital and advertising professionals.
The Successful Applicant
- You will ideally have some local market knowledge and understanding within the creative space;
- Someone honest, self-driven and dedicate to taking their career (and the business) to the next level of prosperity with the Sydney market;
- A results-driven individual that would thrive in an autonomous, non-transactional environment.
What’s On Offer
- Great commission and bonus structure;
- $70,000 – $80,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience);
