Overview
A very well-managed, leading Recruitment Agency specialising in Property & Construction Recruitment (White Collar) are seeking a Contract Recruiter with previous experience of successfully managing a desk of 15 or more temps out. The role is to join an expanding contract division within a business that has outstanding team culture and very professional, yet flexible and down-to-earth approach to work.
The Role
– A warm desk with some job flow coming in and many existing accounts to leverage off
– Sourcing for mid-senior and senior candidates within Property & Construction
– Proactive Business Development
– Effective Account Management
– Placing Temporary and Contract candidates
Benefits & Remuneration
– Get started, or continue within a very buoyant and busy market with plenty of money to be made
– $65,000 – $80,000 base + superannuation (negotiable on experience)
– Lucrative commission structure
– Mature, positive, flexible work culture
– Client entertainment
Ideal Candidate
– Previous Property & Construction experience *not required*
– Experienced contract recruiter with a successful billings history
– Ability to deal with senior candidates and decision makers and build new business
