About the Role:
Our Client is currently seeking a sales-focused Senior Leader to drive White Collar Temporary recruitment across Banking & Finance, Government, Call Centre, Business Support and more. This is definitely not an armchair role sitting behind a desk! Would suit a productive, results-oriented and hand-on Sales Leader.
Minimum Requirements
- Ideally 3 to 4 years of Agency Recruitment experience;
- Proven ability to develop a positive team culture;
- Focused on outstanding customer service – Clients and Candidate experience;
- Proven ability to grow the team and recruit top talent;
- Entrepreneurial thinking required – role will be growing Contracting Business from almost scratch under the global brand banner;
- Proven ability to generate a strong sales track record and ability to solution-sell;
